"Laughter, singing, dancing, and storytelling are all ways humans evolved to bond socially. They are what helped tribes stick together."

Hiring Process

Tribe’s hiring process is an important part of our culture. We’ve broken down the process into below four steps, for you to follow as you apply.

  1. Fitment Test [Elimination Round]
At Tribe, we believe in investing in people for the longest term, instead of embracing the popular culture of hiring fast & firing fast.

Hence, while building our team, we seek fitment on a few parameters, including both hard & soft skills. If a candidate is able to crack the fitment test, they do not get eliminated in between & go through the entire recruitment process.

  2. Hiring Manager Round
During this round, the hiring manager for your potential team would have atleast one 1-1 discussion with you to ascertain your skills as an individual contributor as well as a team player.

  3. Culture Fitment
Culture fitment is a very critical round and seeks to understand if the candidate would fit well within the value system of Tribe. This would be taken by a fairly senior & experienced person, perhaps totally unrelated to your job function, team or past background.

  4. HR Round & Offer
This last round is usually to understand your role expectations, share feedback on the process & reward you with a job offer which would be well above the market standards.

After a strict screening process, we take pride in welcoming incoming candidate with a range of perks & benefits and believe in offering the absolute best compensation.
